Thanks to our sponsors, the DAAD, DARIAH-EU, Forum Digital Humanities Leipzig (FDHL) and eventually also the International Centre of Leipzig University, support for participants of the European Summer University in Digital Humanities, among them also Ukrainians, is available. Please note: you can only apply for one scholarship / bursary / fellowship. Please note, furthermore, that the respective selection committee will decide on the basis of the quality of your application letter.
People coming from the universities of Bergen, Granada, Graz, Lyon, Minho, Padua, Vilnius and Wroclaw, which together with the University of Leipzig constitute the Arqus European University Alliance may most probably get support from their own university. They are strongly advised to enquire about such support.
There might be scholarly associations which like the Slovenian Language Technologies Association (SDJT) make available summer school funding for (doctoral) students and young researchers. If you are a member of a scholarly association you should enquire about such possibilities.
People coming from EU-Partner Countries may be able to apply for an Erasmus + scholarship (Key Action 103) at their own university. Please get informed.
All interested people are strongly advised to inform themselves about support for further education, qualification, specialisation, professionalisation available at their own universities. At many universities such funding exists, to find out about it might, however, mean doing some serious research.
